Ciska Express Refund & Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it and receive a refund by following the simple procedure below.
1. How do I make a return?
You can request a return by following these steps:
I. Log in to your Ciska Express account.
If you checked out as a guest, use the order link in your confirmation email.
II. Go to Account → Orders and select the order you wish to return.
III. Click Return/Refund, select the item(s), and choose the reason for the return.
You may be asked to provide additional details or photos.
IV. Choose your preferred refund method:
Store credit (fastest option)
Refund to original payment method
Replacement (if available)
V. If a return is required, follow the return instructions provided.
You may use any reliable courier service and must provide tracking details after shipping.
VI. You can monitor your return and refund status in your order details or through email/SMS notifications.
Important: Your return package must be shipped within 7 days after return approval, or the request may be cancelled.
2. Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping.
For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Return Timeframe & Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items not eligible for return include:
Worn, washed, or altered clothing

Once your refund is approved and processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the funds in your account.

Always use the return address provided in your return instructions.
Sending items to the wrong address may delay processing.Please ensure you only include items intended for return.
We cannot guarantee recovery of mistakenly included items.
